NEW YORK – A Victorian set of gold, silver, emerald and diamond earrings; a Seaman Schepps 14K gold and Bakelite seashell pin; and a platinum, jade, onyx and diamond Art Deco bracelet will compete for top-lot status at Jasper52’s Exclusive Estate and Designer Jewelry sale, which will be presented on Tuesday, May 30, starting at 8 pm Eastern time. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

The 340-lot sale is notable for offering a standout selection of pieces by David Webb that includes an 18K gold, enamel and gem-decorated tiger-form estate jewelry brooch; a striking and wildly colorful Totem pendant necklace boasting 18K gold, coral, chrysoprase, ruby, lapis lazuli and 50 round brilliant-cut diamonds; an 18K gold, platinum and diamond brooch in the form of a swirling branch laden with emerald berries; a delicate-looking flower-form 18K gold and enamel brooch dating to the 1980s; and a bold, chunky 18K gold, diamond and enamel ring centered on a yellow sapphire.

The lineup also contains three lots of pieces by Aldo Cipullo: a compelling necklace with round chrysoprase links connected by 18K gold and lapis lazuli elements; a pair of 1970s rock crystal and 18K gold geometric dangle earrings; and an Aldo Cipullo for Cartier pair of disc-shaped carnelian, jade and 18K gold earrings.

Adding yet more distinction and interest to the choices are a Georg Jensen sterling silver, coral and amethyst brooch; an H. Stern bracelet in 18K gold, diamond and quartz; and a 10K gold ring with a synthetic ruby, awarded by NBC to the ratings champion of the 1986-1987 television season.

Highlights of the May 30 auction include a Seaman Schepps seashell pin in 14K gold and carved dark blue Bakelite. Described as being “in great condition,” the vintage pin is estimated at $5,500-$7,000.

Another strong piece is a pair of Victorian dangle earrings fashioned from 14K gold, silver, diamonds and emeralds that carries an estimate of $19,000-$23,000.

The third highlight is a 1930s Art Deco bracelet that features platinum, carved jade, onyx and Old European-cut and single-cut diamonds that together weigh 2.40 carats. The eminently elegant bracelet is estimated at $35,000-$42,000.
