Framing fantastic and packing not bad. Should have indicated "fragile" or "breakable" on package.
Took a bit long (about 3 weeks after receiving payment to ship), and it was after I have made an overseas call and written several times. But things improved very much after that and the item was very pretty.

2 out of 10 items were missing & 2 more came broken
So far bad experience. Was lured into its recent auction and won some Chinese antiques. That's the beginning of my problems. 1st payment was demanded wire transfer despite listing says credit card. Then want to charge me close to $1400 for shipping on 10 items. I asked them if they would asked alternative shippers to save on shipping. Not going anywhere. They keep saying how it will be ship wood craft with full protection and refund the "excess". I sent extra $500 nonetheless and asked to bill me for the difference. That's the last I heard from them. Weeks went by, they reached out that two of my items are "damaged" and will provide refund. Upon checking, these two are high value items that I got at substantial discount. I suspect of sellers remorse and asked for evidence. None provide. One blurry picture they send not only doesn't resemble the item I purchased, and it's very blurry. It's very suspicious. Also, No communication from them at all and they don't even provide update or tracking. All of sudden I have received few boxes earlier this week with no information on the shipper. Upon unboxing today, two of the 8 items was damaged. It's in poorly packed condition. They packed 4 high value items tightly into a 21 "* 12 * 10" small paper box with some bubble wraps. Not even styrofoam protection, not to mention supposedly wood crafted. This is ridiculous.
