This is a TIMED AUCTION. It will be LIVE on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 4 PM and END Wednesday, May 31, 2023, starting at 9 AM at staggered 20-second intervals. The lots will have a soft close- if there is a bid placed in the last 10 minutes, it will extend bidding for an additional 10 minutes indefinitely.

All buyers will be charged a 23% premium (3% discount with cash, check or debit with PIN) on all online purchases unless otherwise stated. All buyers must pay 6.625% of New Jersey state sales tax unless registered with a valid Tax Identification number. Please read the rest of our TERMS AND CONDITIONS here.

Most items can be shipped. Items must be picked up, or shipping must be arranged within 14 days following the sale. Any items left after 14 days will incur a storage charge of $5.00 per day, not to exceed 30 days total, and will be charged to your credit card on file. After 30 days all items will be considered abandoned and the Buyer shall forfeit any rights to such purchased items. Brooks Auction is not responsible for items that are not removed within the time specified.

We are happy to provide additional information or photos. All descriptions are written in good faith, and may be corrected at any time. All sales are final and no refunds will be granted. We are open for preview every weekday from 9am-4pm, and 2pm-7pm on Wednesdays.
